Félicitations aux nouveaux membres

The middle school French Junior Honor Society, Les Jeunes Amis du Français, welcomes its first members for the academic year 2017.  The Greenwich Catholic School Chapter is a society that recognizes scholarship, fellowship, and service by middle school students.

Eligible 7th and 8th grade students have maintained, by the end of the 3rd quarter, a 93% or better average in French as well as a 3.7 overall average in their other courses of study.

Les Jeunes Amis du Français is sponsored by the American Association of French Teachers (AAFT) and was formally organized in the year 2014.  The purpose of the Society is to stimulate interest in the study of French, to promote high standards of scholarship, to create enthusiasm for and an understanding of Francophone cultures, to encourage service to school and community, and to promote international friendship.

Félicitations on your academic excellence and your selection for membership into Les Jeunes Amis du Français.
